Pioneer Vertical Broaching Machine BM-1010V / BM-1515V is designed for spline and keyway machining on workpieces with 10-ton / 15-ton broaching force and 1000 mm / 1500 mm stroke capacity. BM-1010V / BM-1515V is fabricated with a welded and machined steel monoblock structure. Different types of broaching tools can be used for keyway, spline, ratchet, rectangle, hexagon and other profiles.
The Pioneer BM-1010V / BM-1515V consists of a bed or base designed around the broaching stroke, with a broach pilot and drive mechanism for the broaching operation. A PLC is used to control the overall machine operation.
