Pioneer Automation's PKM Series Automatic Keyway Milling Machine is designed for efficient and consistent keyway cutting on suitable industrial workpieces. The machine is developed for production applications where automatic table feed, repeatable depth control and practical operation are required.
The workpiece is clamped using a self-centering vice. Automatic table feed and a 0.1 mm per stroke depth of cut support repeatable keyway operations. When the programmed final depth is achieved, the machine automatically stops with a buzzer indication.
