Automatic Keyway Milling & Drilling Machine (PMD Series)

The PMD Series is an automatic keyway milling and drilling machine specially designed for multiple keyway and multiple drilling operations. The machine is built with LM guideways and a servo mechanism for controlled and repeatable machining performance.
The motion-controlled PLC manages the spindle and table mechanisms, while the Human Machine Interface (HMI) provides automatic depth-of-cut and table-length settings. After the programmed keyway or drilling operation is completed, the machine automatically stops with a buzzer indication and returns the spindle and table to their home positions.
