It is used for making key-ways on shafts. At present this operation is done either on lathe machine or on conventional milling machine which takes lot of time and it is a cumbersome process.
This machine is designed for resharpening of the full carbide endmill cutter. In this machine a diamond wheel is used and all the necessary angles, required for endmill cutter; are given fixed on the mounting of the endmill cutter fixture.
Length of key way is adjusted digitally on this machine as well as depth of cut and the final depth is also digitally adjusted. The size of key way is ranging from 5 mm to 25 mm. Width and 300 mm Length. It is possible to cut through slots on metal plates as well as through drill holes can be done digitally.
